This particular image was taken at the Stirling in Bethpage NY, at a Pakistani wedding. This was one of my favorite images of the day. We couldn't find very many good locations but I remember seeing this marble looking wall and thought to myself, this would make for a great background. The image came out exactly as I envisioned it in my head. The bride and groom's pose was on point as I directed them exactly as you see them. When it comes to wedding photography, one thing you need to be aware of is your surroundings and how you can utilize them to the best of your ability. You have to have a creative mind as well as a technical mind. It's a mix of a few different worlds, but once you get the hang of it, you can create some great images as a result.
