Are you thinking of Holland Ridge farms engagement photos? I think that would be a wonderful idea! Holland Ridge farms is a beautiful place to get engagement photos, spring and fall seem to be the best time to go weather wise. In spring, their tulip blooms are amazing and make for a great backdrop to your engagement photos. And in fall or late summer, they have the most beautiful sunflower blooms. And I'm sure they have plenty of other options in between spring and fall for other beautiful blooms. The only thing I would recommend is to go on a weekday, or early in the morning to avoid crowds. It can get quite busy during the day. Of course, I try my best to use certain angles to avoid crowds in the background, but it's not always possible. All in all I think Holland Ridge farms is a great choice for your engagement photos. It's located in Central NJ so not too far from most cities. This photo was actually taken after a surprise proposal, so you can think of it as an unplanned engagement session haha.
