If your search for Highlawn Pavilion wedding photos brought you to my page, then that's probably because I photographed Faryal and Robert's wedding at this beautiful venue in West Orange. Faryal made for a beautiful bride, this was just one of the many beautiful portraits of this bride taken that day. The bride had an amazing makeup job and I wanted to be sure to capture this in detail but also in a creative way. I managed to incorporate both the makeup detail as well as some dress detail by having her raise her dupatta across her face. This was accomplished by zooming in using a 70-200mm lens. As far as lighting, this was captured by natural window light only, one of my favorite light sources. The highlawn pavilion by the way is an absolutely beautiful venue. You can not go wrong with wedding photos taken at the Highlawn. The view of the city by the entrance is breathtaking. The lobby is also beautifully painted and decorated, perfect for those cold winter days when going outdoors is not an option.
